The ice cream was very good. The customer service was just ok..not bad, not good...just ok. I've gone on 3 different occasions and they're not really inviting or open when you walk in. They're not really making any suggestions...its kind of bland and regular transactional. A couple of times it felt as though I was interrupting when they were talking with their friends that visited them. But all in all...3 stars. Good ice cream, ok customer service.

Staff was awesome. Portions are huge. Prices are fair. Frozen hut is on my weekly rotation now. The New York Cheesecake flavor gets TEN thumbs up. Also they got vegan ice cream and the sorbets are excellent if you're dairy free.

Great service. We went on a Tuesday night. The manager was very nice. She helped us understand all the cool options. Place was very clean and organized. Ice cream was fresh and tasted great. We will be back and you should give it a try.

If you're craving something sweet cold and delicious, this is the place for you. As we walked in the door the clean smell, and the prompt acknowledgement won us over. Regular ice cream flavors. Ice cream cones. Slush machines. Blizzards. Great mixtures and toppings. They're open until 10:30pm for late-night cravings
