Had a delicious late lunch at Awash today. Leah provided fantastic service and the best recommendations. The food is so flavorful. Get the lamb tips and skip the silverware. Thanks for a great first experience with Ethiopian cuisine (and wine)!
Been coming here for years and we never get tired of it. The Taste of Awash with extra special Tibs(cubed steak in garlic sauce ) is our Goto here. The Coffee alone would be enough to give it 5 stars but overall I give this place is 6 stars out of 5. It’s that good! Worth the drive if you’re out of town.Vegetarian options: Taste of Awash Vegetarian.

First time eating Ethiopian Food and we Loved it!!! The flavors were delicious, and not too spicy. We got the platter for two and it was plenty big enough! We still left some over and we did start with an appetizer. Not sure what the name of the cuisine but the meat inside was again SO flavorful.
