Protein Smoothies, great for breakfast or after a workout or replacing any meal. When ever I’m on this side of town I’ll stop by to get my happy tea and smoothie. The waffles are super good and very filling full of protein. Is more like a moms and pops type of shop.
My experience was a beautiful one the atmosphere was very welcoming the owner was very knowledgeable and friendly educated ne on products I managed to buy a loaded tea and a shake and was amazed at the flavors and speedy service
