It was OK pizza was ready. The lady didn’t speak much English, but it was overall a OK experience.

I placed an order with Little Caesars for 8:30 PM pickup but arrived early at 7 PM since I was already in the area. I let the girl at the counter know that I placed the order for 8:30, but I was going to go ahead and wait while they prepared it. She told me, “Give me a couple minutes to prepare your order,” so I sat and waited. An entire hour went by with no update. When I finally asked how much longer it would be, she told me I had to wait until 8:30. If that was the case, why not just say so in the beginning instead of letting me waste a whole hour? Then when I asked to cancel the order, she told me only a manager could do that—and the manager wouldn’t be in until the next day. Extremely poor communication and customer service. Never again.

For reasonable prices and multiple pizzas, this is the place. I've ordered for my kids' school in a crunch, and they've delivered without issues. Most of the time I order to my house, for the last min dinner for the kiddos.

It’s 6 dollars and to 8 minutes. What is there to complain about.

I ordered 2 pizzas Italian bread and a 2L soda I did not receive the soda the pizza was cold and took almost two hours to get to me and I live about 3 miles away. When I asked for the credit back from the soda that I didn’t get I was told that I couldn’t get it back because I was lying. The customer service is ridiculous the boy who answered the phone was rude as hell. Never again smh.

The cashier lady is racist. I don’t learn reviews like this but I kid you not as I waited inside for my pizza order via phone, I watch this Spanish girl literally be so mean to every black person there. Then super nice to her coworkers and Spanish customers. This was so sad to me. Everyone that walked out was like what’s her problem. This was just me observing. And wow. I left there at 8:35pm so check who that cashier was management because she is clearly in the wrong community or something. This was so sad to see.

My experience at this Little Caesars Pizza location was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. When I arrived to pick up my order, I spoke in English, but the person at the cash register insisted on speaking Spanish, seemingly judging me by my appearance rather than trying to accommodate my language preference. This made the interaction feel unwelcoming and unprofessional.

After waiting for my order, things went from bad to worse. The cashier skipped over me to help the next customer and then handed me the wrong soda. When I pointed out the mistake, she seemed completely disengaged and lost in her own world. Instead of resolving the issue, she cursed in frustration, which led to a heated exchange with another customer who cursed back and stormed out of the store.

To top it off, the cashier then told me to grab the soda myself, which I reluctantly did. As if the situation couldn’t get more chaotic, another employee came out and accused me of trying to steal the very soda I had already purchased. The lack of organization and professionalism was glaring, and it felt like none of the employees cared to provide proper service. Many of them didn’t speak English and made no effort to assist or communicate effectively.

This location desperately needs better training, more organized operations, and a focus on customer service. I won’t be returning ever.

I ordered the Stuffed Crazy Crust Pepperoni Pizza. First of all, they didn't add the sauce on the crazy crust it was only stuffed. They added it after it was already cooked which its supposed to be cooked onto the crust. Secondly, the pizza had a burnt/dry spot right in the middle of it. I asked the attendant, Christian, if they could remake it because it looked dry. He said he couldn't do that and he wasn't going to do it. He claims all he could do was refund the entire order and have me pay for a whole new order so they could remake it. I would've had them refund the entire order but the last time I did that I NEVER got my money back and had to issue a claim that's still pending. Then, Cristian had the audacity to argue with me that I took too long to pick up the pizza and that's why it had the dry spot. No, it had a dry spot because it was cooked improperly with NOT enough cheese/sauce! I have never had an issue with dry pizza after it being left in the warmer. And if that's the case, they SHOULD have a sign stating "Pizza will dry out if left in warmer for whatever time" OR the attendants should advise the customers OR maybe the temperature in the warmers are too high if its basically drying out the pizza!! I asked for the attendants name and for the managers name. He lied and said it was on the receipt which it wasn't. He also couldn't even provide me a corporate or customer service phone number. He only gave me the name of his Manager, Nayate. I will definitely find a way to get in contact with Corporate because the customer service at this location is really just terrible along with how the pizza is cooked. I DO NOT recommend this location.

This store is absolutely horrible I’ve gotten my food undercooked TWICE by them and just got food poisoning today from the there. This is absurd not only do I want to be compensated but the staff needs to have a sit down and be taught how to properly make the pies. The store on 27th is a perfect example of what they should be doing and how pies should be made this is unacceptable

Honestly, Spanish speaking people took over this location. (Everyone here are Spanish employees.) Since then, this location is just trash (absolutely nothing against Hispanics. Butttt NO ONE speaks English. So they ALL barely understand… which is annoying. They spend time on their phones while we wait in the front for someone to take our orders. Annoying! They don’t know how to slice the pizza properly. LAZY! And it tastes undercooked. Trash. Go anywhere else. I’m also disappointed at the delivery service just because the lady that took my order did not speak English!!!!!!!!!! so after an hour of watching her drive around Miami, I called and wasted time problem solving what this lady (she was a sweet lady) was trying to explain to me. Long story short she was having car problems and told me to wait another 40 something minutes and she’ll bring me my pizza. INSANE!! I called customer service to get a full refund because…. Huh?!?! And now I have to wait 10 business days to get my money back. This location is nothing but trouble. Just go to any other little Cesars. It’s really about time they put something else in this plaza anyways.
