I had a very disappointing experience at this Little Caesars location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did they throw the sauces carelessly, but they also ignored customers even though the store was packed. Instead of trying to manage the situation, one of the employees actually started arguing with me, which was completely unacceptable. The lack of respect and customer service made the whole visit frustrating and unpleasant. I will definitely think twice before coming back

Today I ordered through the mobile app at 4:59pm and when I got there at 530 it said my pizza was ready and they didn’t even start on it the cashier the young men was very helpful but I don’t know who the short white lady with the brown hair is but she was very disrespectful when you talk to her about your order and once it became 6:05pm I just asked for a refund I will never ever come back to this restaurant again. You guys need to train your employees to have better customer service and stop talking in Spanish so much in the back while making the food out the customers first everyone in there was waiting over 45 minutes for just pizza is sad when they tell you it only take 10 to 15 minutes

I'm still upset that I had to throw away 1 pie and a half in the trash. I ordered thru Uber eats and when I opened it, I saw dry old pizzas with barely any sauce and just plain disgusting. My kids were so disappointed when they tasted it. It's a shame that 7-Eleven pizzas are way better than the ones lil Cesar are selling. Never again. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog.

The service was poor; the woman inside was rude and took my money. When I asked why the amount was so high, I showed her the price from the website.

Very poor customer service. I ordered for pick up at around 8:15 and arrived at 8:30 my pick up was for 8:42 but my pizza was put in the portal infront of me at 8:37 when i checked the pizza it was cold. As in sitting for at least an hour. I told the attendant who didnt say a word but swapped it for another standby pizza. The pizza itself looked fine i didnt think anything of it until getting home and feeding it to my son which wont even eat it because its cold and hard. You can tell this pizza was sitting for an hour due to the sauce being dried up 100% not fair.

I am really disappointed this franchise deny access to bathroom to children. My son is an 8 years old regular consumer and the staff send him all the way to Publix even after we explain he really needed to go.
I understand denying the use of bathroom to adults but denying it to kids is unacceptable.

I placed an order with Little Caesars for 8:30 PM pickup but arrived early at 7 PM since I was already in the area. I let the girl at the counter know that I placed the order for 8:30, but I was going to go ahead and wait while they prepared it. She told me, “Give me a couple minutes to prepare your order,” so I sat and waited. An entire hour went by with no update. When I finally asked how much longer it would be, she told me I had to wait until 8:30. If that was the case, why not just say so in the beginning instead of letting me waste a whole hour? Then when I asked to cancel the order, she told me only a manager could do that—and the manager wouldn’t be in until the next day. Extremely poor communication and customer service. Never again.
That little place is busy. But the employees are fast efficient and courteous
