I visited McDonald’s today (Sunday, March 10th, 2024 @ 6:08pm) but I did curbside and was parked at curbside 1. My order (Take Out Order: 1922) was not completed and it was wrong. I ordered a medium size Dlx McCrispy meal with bacon added to it with a large Sth SwTea Lmd drink that with 3 lemons added to it, and added to that same order was a Caramel Sundae, which I did not receive. Terrible service, went via the drive thru , when I got home the fries in the combo meal was half full.This is ridiculous to pay such high prices and get such poor service. $18 lunch!!!!

On April 07, 2024 at approx 8pm, I came to this specific McDonald's location. The drive-thru employee was very rude. After I mentioned to her that she was rude and asked for her name, she refused to give me her name. She wasn't wearing a name tag. So I proceeded to ask for her manager who identified himself as "Demar" and eventually gave me the name of the employee "Tracey".
