My Cashier Kedontae was amazing the other day! Great customer service and very funny. He took my order well and while I was enjoying my meal he was cleaning the lobby and you can tell he truly loves Pollo Tropical because nobody cleans it better than him. 5 Stars Kedontae! Keep being amazing.

I ordered through the drive-thru and was asked to pull into a spot to wait for my food. After waiting patiently, I eventually had to go inside, only to find out my order had been forgotten. I then had to wait even longer because the plantains had run out.

While I was waiting inside, I noticed a staff member calling out an order number twice — only in Spanish. The customers the order belonged to didn't speak Spanish, so they had no idea it was theirs....
