Went there to pick up my birthday meal. I normally don't go to Pollo tropical because I don't know what any of the items are cuz I don't speak Spanish or I don't know what the items are.. Pollo Tropical is one of my favorite places to grab a fresh, flavorful, and satisfying meal. Every visit reminds me why this restaurant stands out from other fast-casual spots. The atmosphere is clean, inviting, and has a tropical, laid-back vibe that makes you feel like you’ve escaped for a mini vacation.

My Cashier Kedontae was amazing the other day! Great customer service and very funny. He took my order well and while I was enjoying my meal he was cleaning the lobby and you can tell he truly loves Pollo Tropical because nobody cleans it better than him. 5 Stars Kedontae! Keep being amazing.
