I called 6 times to try and get in contact after my smoothie king account was hacked it to stop an order from being made and get a refund. I waited 20 minutes and they never answered. Now instead I get to dispute transactions with my bank. Same thing happened with a second store nearby that these people also ordered at. Smoothie Kings website says to contact about refunding an order or making changes to call the store, though this system clearly needs some work.

Very Disappointing Service Experience I stopped by the Smoothie King on NW 2nd Ave and 199th St. and had a really frustrating experience. After placing my order, I waited nearly 15 minutes while several people who came in after me received their drinks first. The staff seemed disorganized and didn’t communicate what was going on. When I finally asked about my order, I ended up requesting a refund because the delay was just unacceptable. Very disappointing visit — I won’t be returning to this location.

I recently visited this Smoothie King, and it was an awesome experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the menu has so many tasty options to choose from. I went for the Lean1 smoothie, and it was delicious—perfectly blended and packed with flavor. The store was clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the fast service.

Always love Smoothie King, but I did notice one worker today who seemed to be going above and beyond. The store was really busy, and while both workers were polite, I noticed Devon working extra hard and moving quickly to keep things running efficiently. Might need more staff, but for what it’s worth, he was definitely hustling. I only know his name because the woman next to me in line asked for it too—probably because she was also impressed with how hard he was working. I don’t leave reviews often, but just watching him for a few minutes, I’m already convinced this man deserves a raise, if not to be promoted to manager.

Went in this branch and saw this woman lying on the sofa legs up and all … it put me off, left without a drink … when I called and told the clerk they acted as if they didn’t see her ?? Wow enjoy the review as I went this’ far to express my distain.

I came in today for a peanut butter plus. An it was the worse one I ever had. The 2 young ladies clearly have not been trained properly. They was so polite but the shake was horrible. The Management team needs to do more training. I came and ask for more chocolate because the shake tasted watered down. The young lady added more chocolate but added more ice. Which made no sense. But I guess that’s how she was trained. It was the worse. Tropical Cafe here I come.
