They had the smoothie sitting behind the counter for 15 minutes rather than at the pick-up area until I asked if it was mine, though it was a mobile order. They finally give it to me and it’s only 3/4 of the cup. I asked about it and she said “that’s just how much came out when I did it.” I order this and it’s never been this small of a serving. You see the flooring - I’m still in the shop so I just got it when I took this photo. They don’t give 3 dvmns here and I’m a member, lol.

My 1st time going was pleasant. There was a bit of a line before I got there and the staff was very quick and efficient. The açaí bowl was ok. I could tell it was pre made and pre frozen. I would've preferred it fresh but for a chain smoothie spot it did what it needed to do. Still tasty. The environment inside was clean too.

Had a minor issue here with a pick-up order, and i posted my concern on my app. I was contacted immediately and was completely satisfied with the response that I received from management. It's funny how I kind of almost knew what the problem could've been, and it was. I can't blame the store for having to change up their pickup process because of patrons that abuse the system. (Taking other peoples order) Thanks, Ron, for clarifying the situation and prompt response to my concern.(Hang a sign up stating pickup orders are now behind the counter) I would even state why....

Tropical smoothie cafe recently opened in Miami Gardens. The cafe is bright colored, clean, and inviting. The staff seemed enthusiastic and polite. Tropical Smoothe Cafe has many smoothie combinations, including fruit and vegetables. They also have food options such as salads, dillas, wraps, sandwiches, and flatbreads. I stopped in after work, and I wasn't disappointed. I had a strawberry, kiwi, and yogurt smoothie, also called the kiwi, which was great. The smoothies can only be ordered in one size, which is a filling portion. I ordered the chicken chorizo 'dilla, it was okay. However, the highlight of my order was the side of jalapeño corn. It was fantastic. I'm hooked now. I will definitely come back to try other menu and smoothie options.

There is no one to greet you! I stood at the register for three minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence or ask if I was ready to order. When I did place an order the cashier over charged me for four drinks when I clearly said one… but he kindly refunded me the difference… but in all the food is excellent ????? this is my first time visiting and I will visit again… I’ll just speak really clear and slow… ?

Saw that a new Tropical Smoothie spot just opened in Miami Gardens so i decided to stop for support.I was greeted with a hello and i odered the new chicken chorizo dilla and the avocolada smoothie. The smoothie was sooo good and its huge. The quesadilla has potential. I wish it had more filling like the advertised photo, the smoked cheese blend / pineapple salsa flavor and chorizo.When a customer is leaving and waves and says "thank you...it was good..." please respond instead of just staring. Made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service and manners goes a long way. Super cute spacious and modern smoothie bar.
