Had a minor issue here with a pick-up order, and i posted my concern on my app. I was contacted immediately and was completely satisfied with the response that I received from management. It's funny how I kind of almost knew what the problem could've been, and it was. I can't blame the store for having to change up their pickup process because of patrons that abuse the system. Love the acai bowls, Chipotle chickenflat bread, smoothies and the place is always clean. The staff greeted me and made me feel welcome. My 1st time going was pleasant. There was a bit of a line before I got there and the staff was very quick and efficient. The açaí bowl was ok. I could tell it was pre made and pre frozen. I would've preferred it fresh but for a chain smoothie spot it did what it needed to do. Still tasty. The environment inside was clean too.
