“I made the honest mistake of ordering 30 boneless wings for pick up on DoorDash when originally I thought I ordered traditional wings. I get to the restaurant and that’s when I realized the mistake so I ask if they can make traditional wings and I will pay for the extra cost. This one lady got upset and yelled that there was nothing she could do about it because that’s how the order came up. She walked to the back fussing. So I asked Maria is there anything else that yall can do and they say no. But I know for a fact that there is always something you can do. Maria calls the manager to see what they can do and the manager said that it was okay to remake the order. Brian took it upon himself to make the order himself and he did it so perfectly which I truly appreciate! I wasn’t waiting more than 10 minutes. Thank you so much Brian and Maria, I appreciate yall trying to make an effort to solve a situation that the other girl just dismissed immediately.“
“Ordered online, they do not accept online payments. I'm not sure how it works, do they put your order in when you pay at the store or when it is sent?It was busy Friday afternoon. I knew there would be a bit of a wait (that's every Wingstop). All the staff were busy. The chicken and fries were hot and fresh (greasy as always). The tea was fantastic.“
