The crispy kale was over fried and was ash-like but, the sauce was delicious. The Korean chx bao buns and the brisket made our mouths water. The server was pleasant and sweet. My daughter and I definitely enjoyed our birthday dinner.“

“Food was amazing! Appetizers were excellent, Duck dim sum and the Nigiri's amazing. Anything that had the A5 Wagyu on it was delicious and the lobster with the glaze finish was amazing. Only sour point was closing my tab. My server did not mention that a 20% tip was already charged and then said that the additional tip portion was for his service. I found that to be a bit deceptive. I paid an additional 20% because he kind of backed me into a corner. But for that i would warn others. If you already place a 20% tip on your bill then why have the server come up with some cockamamy line to extort you at the end of a wonderful meal. Why place such a fine place's reputation on sketchy closeout? Miami is out of control with this tip thing. Think about it, i paid almost 40% on my bill.....that will leave anyone with a sour taste. “This place has really great prices. On Uber Eats they offer a few BOGO deals too. I have tried their Boba teas before and they are really tasty. That being said, their ramen was not the best. I'm usually hesitant of spots that serve both hot and cold Japanese foods like ramen and sushi because it tends to be a jack of all trades situation. The broth was not very flavorful, and the egg in my tonkotsu ramen was hard boiled. Granted, this was a delivery order but I've ordered ramen from other places where the egg comes soft cooked like it should be. The dumplings, and California roll were okay. For these prices I'd come here again because nothing tasted bad, but if you aren't on a budget and want more flavorful ramen, I recommend Zuru Ramen or Shimuja Ramen.“

“Food is fresh and home made. Delicious. My mom is very hard to please but she was very impressed with how fresh the noodles were as well as the pork buns.

I loved all the smoothies and teas. My brother got passionfruit and I got strawberry, they tasted like they put real strawberries in the blender without the added syrup most places put.

The butterfly Litchi tea at 50% sweetness was just perfect for me since I am diabetic and didn’t want it too sweet.

Our server was attentive and friendly. The place was quite empty and the storefront is next to a very sad looking Regal Cinema movie theater in the more vacant part of Paraiso Parc Shopping complex.

A-1 Noodles is truly a hidden gem. I don’t know why this place isn’t packed with patrons because the quality of the food is top notch. Hopefully their business is mostly pick up orders.

The decor is lacking and the employee stuffing dumplings on a nearby table is similar to many old fashion chinese restaurants which usually turns me off to the place but I can’t dispute the quality of hand made noodles and home made rice buns. My mom vowed to come back (which is a big deal coming from her).

I wasn’t too hungry so I ordered the miso ramen which had a perfect soft boiled egg in a large bowl of al dente noodles.

My mom and brother got the flamed ramen and they said the heat on the spicy noodles was just hot enough to make his nose run (for spicy food lovers, that is the sweet spot).

We all picked braised pork belly for our ramen which had the right amount of fatty savory protein for the soup.

My brother chose beef dumplings and he said it was good. They picked the right way to do beef by using a ground beef instead of shredded beef so it doesn’t get too dry.

I can’t wait to try other dishes with my sisters next time. It is so close to home too, so you can shop at Costco, Publix, Ross and have a nice noodle meal. I do want to try their japanese curry rice though, and my cousins like Korean food so they can try that too.

The menu is not huge but they have a little korean, japanese, thai and chinese. I am definitely getting thai donuts on the next trip. I got too full on smoothies and teas this time.“

“I love Chinese food. I have tried several places and I can say this is one of my favorite ones. Even tho it is a very small restaurant, service was very very friendly and very professional. I made a big order of a special fried rice, lo mein noodles, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken for 15 people (family gathering). The food was made right when I ordered and all my family was very happy with the taste and the quantity we got. I totally recommend this place!“
