“I went to a doctor’s appointment and in my way to the car I noticed this cafeteria. Place is small and kinda of hidden. Inside I met this old Cuban lady, very nice and friendly. Even though they were almost closing she was attentive and accommodating. I ordered a smoothie and a sandwich and both came out very good.“

“The ladies working there are fast and friendly. The chicharron , buñuelos and pan de bonos are delicious and always fresh. However the real show stopper is the empanadas de carne. They're big and meaty. They make it with love. Go for breakfast! Line is always by the door but no worries the line goes by fast .“

The pizzas are Cuban style dinner- plate size with a savory crust that is not too thin or too thick and many toppings to choose from. The service is perfect and the owner came out and spoke to us and we pleasantly discovered that his restaurants are named for a once important and productive sugar plantation (Central Zaza) of his native region of Cuba. “We just received a catered lunch from Cafeteria Miami and it was amazing!!! The price was phenomenal, very reasonable and the food was so delicious. We had jasmine rice with chicken breast in a creamy mushrooms sauce, fried plantains and mixed green salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Super flavorful, fresh and perfectly prepared. Ordering was super easy and the staff was incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommend for catering or just everyday meals.“
