My family and I wanted to eat something sweet after our dinner at Chelas and we decided to stop by Cold Stone to eat some ice cream, although in this location there is always a line at night, the service surprised me. The workers were very friendly and the place was super clean. We were served by a girl with curly blonde hair and I think she said her name was Faby. And she had such knowledge of the menu that she was able to make recommendations that were perfect for all of us....

Regardless of attention. They are exploiting those guys who work there with the heat. The heat is unbearable. They don't have air conditioning and those poor workers die from the heat. That is labor exploitation

Wonderful service yesterday from Sophia. She was very polite and helped me pick out an ice cream she knew I would enjoy by letting me sample them. You could tell she enjoys working since she has a smile from ear to ear. Her managers must be proud of her work. When I go to main street I will only allow to be served by Sophia.
