I ordered the Choros a la Chalaca and I was disappointed with the way it was served. I’ve eaten this dish in many places as it is my favorite but here, they serve you the mussels still attached to the shell which makes it’s super annoying to eat with all the other ingredients on top. The whole time you are spilling it all over and unable to enjoy them. Just because of this, I would never go back.
