Not sure if they know how to make a shaken brown expresso ? I paid for one & got something else...the staff is usually in the back & you have to call them out. Not friendly or nice 😒

I order weekly from this store and 90% of the time the order is incorrect or missing items got to the point I've given up hope I will get the stuff I've paid for. For example I ordered an egg muffin with extra cheese and attached is a photo of what I received. It's a shame as a little bit of quality and care would really help this store out.

The young man behind the counter can't hear customer calling him do to him having on headphones while working and on top he does not know the menu nor how to edit drinks the young lady that was behind the counter just walks off and goes in restroom with customers in line to leave us with him now I come in their every morning to order my coffee I know my price he can't change items to fit customers liking over poor service

Hi. Learn to be nice and have manners. How difficult is it be polite ? If a customer greets you, the polite thing is to greet back kindly. Not roll your eyes and look at your co-worker sarcastically, as if I’m there by obligation. As if my being there bothers you. I’m a customer, not some animal. Be polite. But don’t worry, I won’t be going back. By the way, After that unpleasant experience with you, I ran into another bakery in the same plaza. Guess what? They were nice, treated me with kindness and respect. I felt valued, I felt true customer service. That’s how you foster relationships with customers. You should learn from them. I’m definitely going there for my next coffee run. Thank you kindly.

I went today to purchase food with my kids and received mini bagels with mold inside. When I went back the answer I received was “oh sorry but in reality we don’t have a way of looking inside the bagel” ! The manager didn’t even show their face!

Awesome coffee and a decent staff. I frequent this DD. Although, I had one experience when i forgot to substitute my cream for almond milk and was charged .39 and i tipped mu extra change prior to but I guess it's protocol. Altogether im pleased.

I am honestly so disappointed with the service I received here from Susanna and another woman who were making the drinks. I ordered breakfast and two frozen coffees and after waiting 10 minutes for my order, my coffee has extremely long hairs in it!! Absolutely disgusting. So I go back inside and nicely tell them that I would like another one and the lady proceeds to just scrape off the whipped cream and closes the coffee to give it right back to me. I said no I would like a new one and she rolled her eyes at me several times and gave me attitude. She kept going back and forth with me telling me that the hair was outside of the cup when I clearly took a picture of it. I went outside and sent my boyfriend to get me a new one because I wasn’t going to stand there and be disrespected. They just made my experience terrible and I just came here to enjoy my coffee on my day off with my boyfriend. Get some new employees and make sure they pick up their hair !!! Can’t even recognize that they’re in the wrong. Not coming back. 0-10 recommend.

The Dunkin that I have been to with the most competent workers. The Cuban ladies that always take my order are competent, efficient and quick. Even when people are there, they keep it moving so it is not overly packed with people waiting because the ladies who take the order are competent and listen to you when you place your order. Also, I notice their ingredients in the iced coffee are fresher than the ingredients of other Dunkins. This is for sure my favorite Dunkin as the quality is superb and they never mess up my order.

The service is pretty great and everything. The review made by “Carlos S” is false and incorrect. Susanna is not the two ladies in the morning and neither was she pregnant he got the names mixed up and is going to get the wrong person in trouble. It’s hard dealing with people who are idiots like carlos.
