Worst service ever. The server was on the phone, and after I waited several minutes and tried to greet her—thinking she hadn’t noticed me—she responded with a bad attitude. No hello, no acknowledgment. Just told me I had to wait because she was making food.

Great place. Amazing service. I visit this Dunkin Donuts at least 5 times a week and they are superb. Friendly service and always on point. As soon as I walk in, they almost have my order ready. The only enhancement I would suggest is to replace the outdoor furniture.

I’m not sure what kind of april fools joke this is or whose being hired that can’t read the order but this was not what I ordered. The fact that someone stood there, saw the receipt, and proceeded to make this is absolutely ridiculous.

To comment on the lady with the review…first of it was busy we had a car show there was only 3 people working because it was unexpected..and the lady always comes with attitude and never likes anything she orders….and I’m not here to received bad attitude from nobody she was the one being disrespectful throwing food at us is on camera…and the making fun lol the ones screaming out there lungs were them calling us names…if you didn’t see the situation correctly I don’t know why u would comment on the situation if she threw food at u let’s see how u would of reacted…my manager told her to have nice day and leave if you don’t like a place don’t come back again she always comes back and does the same thing she disrespect employees and say nothing is ever correct….and screams and fights all the time today was the food next what will be thrown…so before u speaks on it ask cuz that customers always has nasty things to say..God bless her and you..

Not sure if they know how to make a shaken brown expresso ? I paid for one & got something else...the staff is usually in the back & you have to call them out. Not friendly or nice 😒

I order weekly from this store and 90% of the time the order is incorrect or missing items got to the point I've given up hope I will get the stuff I've paid for. For example I ordered an egg muffin with extra cheese and attached is a photo of what I received. It's a shame as a little bit of quality and care would really help this store out.

The young man behind the counter can't hear customer calling him do to him having on headphones while working and on top he does not know the menu nor how to edit drinks the young lady that was behind the counter just walks off and goes in restroom with customers in line to leave us with him now I come in their every morning to order my coffee I know my price he can't change items to fit customers liking over poor service

Hi. Learn to be nice and have manners. How difficult is it be polite ? If a customer greets you, the polite thing is to greet back kindly. Not roll your eyes and look at your co-worker sarcastically, as if I’m there by obligation. As if my being there bothers you. I’m a customer, not some animal. Be polite. But don’t worry, I won’t be going back. By the way, After that unpleasant experience with you, I ran into another bakery in the same plaza. Guess what? They were nice, treated me with kindness and respect. I felt valued, I felt true customer service. That’s how you foster relationships with customers. You should learn from them. I’m definitely going there for my next coffee run. Thank you kindly.
