The Dunkin that I have been to with the most competent workers. The Cuban ladies that always take my order are competent, efficient and quick. Even when people are there, they keep it moving so it is not overly packed with people waiting because the ladies who take the order are competent and listen to you when you place your order. Also, I notice their ingredients in the iced coffee are fresher than the ingredients of other Dunkins. This is for sure my favorite Dunkin as the quality is superb and they never mess up my order.
The service is pretty great and everything. The review made by “Carlos S” is false and incorrect. Susanna is not the two ladies in the morning and neither was she pregnant he got the names mixed up and is going to get the wrong person in trouble. It’s hard dealing with people who are idiots like carlos.

Honestly this has to be my least favorite Dunkin’s. I get my breakfast at Dunkin’s everyday however try to avoid this location as much as I can. There 2 lady’s who work in this location. Susanna & another lady double her size I believe the manager. & every single time maybe once a month I come here & never fails Susanna messes my order up & either she places extra ingredient or something I don’t eat nor did I ask, & what I ask to get she would completely ignored. It’s frustrating cause these 2 lady’s MUST always be right. I always correct her on what I want & never fails she places the blame on customers as well saying nobody ever told her. Ever since she was pregnant she been messing my order up however she must’ve lost brain cells since day 1. Only reason is I must come here is cause I’m rushing & it’s unfortunately close to me. These 2 individuals need to seriously be replaced or trained by a way better staff like Hialeah. Maybe if they stop looking like they eating all the donuts they could do their job better. Please have them replaced.
