“This was our first time, and when we walked up and saw how small it was, and that you order at the counter, we almost walked away. We were looking for a restaurant where a food server walks over and takes your order. We are so happy we decided to stay everything we ordered was so good. The portion sizes are huge so we have lunch for the next day. The photo is the red bean bun, which was awesome!“
“I visited this place for an early dinner with my best friend. It’s a small quiet place that’s kind of in its own area. A nice break from the bayside traffic and tourism. The staff was very kind and attentive. I had the poke bowl my way and the ingredients were very fresh and tasty. The poke especially was very fresh! (No fishy smell or tasty at all!) My best friend got the beef ramen. It was a lot different than any regular ramen we’ve gotten in the past. The meat was very tough and the flavors didn’t really blend together properly. Definitely stick to the bubble tea and Poke bowls if you visit this location!“
“First, the food is delicious. But second, the service is above and beyond. We ordered takeout and our DoorDash guy never showed up. They remade all the food and the owner herself drove it to our house. So thoughtful and kind - we are Shokudo patrons for life.Vegetarian options: Tofu fried rice!!!! Yum“
“Ate here for the first time last night after several friends recommended and I must say it was very good.Food was excellent and fresh...made on the spot to order and timely.Employees were friendly and attentive to my questions being it was my first time here.DEFINATELY RECOMMEND to visit them when in the area and I will be back as a regular...saw some other dishes...cant wait to try.“
“Amazing food, don’t judge the plate size it is filling! The best Thai doughnuts I’ve had it was nice and fluffy with a bit crispy. The honey garlic chicken is also great ! Definitely coming back to try the other dishes on the menu. The service is great ! A clean location as well with great amount of parking.“
“The food was great and the service was quick! I like that their menu is small and was easy to pick from. The edamame is nice as well as their fried rice. The Szechuan rice noodle is also really good. It had the right amount of spice. The dessert is also a must have.“
