“The place was FANTASTIC. We had sushi, a poké bowl, and boba tea. Everything was amazing, the sushi was especially good.

I unfortunately don't have images since everything was so good that I forgot to take pictures, but I did take some sushi with me so I attached the picture. The sushi was very fresh and well prepared. We got a Crunchy Salmon Roll, Dragon Roll, and a Shrimp Tempura Roll.

The boba was delicious and not overly sweet, it was perfectly balanced. Lots of options for tea and toppings.

The atmosphere was great, very vibrant and interesting. Love the Gundam shelf. Notes everywhere and you can leave a note behind. The best part was the staff and the owner (?) were extremely friendly and accommodating. Nicest people I've run into in South Florida.

Unfortunately I live in central Florida, but hopefully I can go there again soon.“

“So I do love the setting, and the food is amazing, how ever maybe change the face when you first walk in. The lady today at 12 pm on Jan 11 was so nasty and rude. She literally made me feel so uncomfortable. So much so that I may not go back. I spent $100 on food and all I asked for was some soy sauce and mind you the whole time. She was kind of rude to me anyways so all I asked for was soy sauce for my food that I spent $100 on and she tells me oh it’s in the back so I just wanted a little extra soy sauce I do like soy sauce so when I asked for a little extra she gave me two packets and I said well can I have just a little more please and she says well how much more do you want, so I said about six or seven please and she said six or seven??? And it was so rude. She did not want to give me the soy sauce to the point where she went and asked her manager if it’s OK if I have six or seven soy sauces after I just purchased $100 worth of food absolutely not OK, especially when your guises food is so expensive how it is I cannot say that I will go and eat at this restaurant again or order from there.“

“The ambiance transports you straight to a cozy Japanese ramen bar, with a choice of bar seating and indoor tables. When I dived into my bowl of ramen, I anticipated the overpowering brine of the Great Salt Lake but instead was met with the tranquility of a serene pond. The broth was like a gentle hug—warm, soothing, and delightfully balanced, avoiding the typical sodium overload.

The portion was generous, and the umami notes hit just the right spot. My girlfriend’s chicken katsu was a standout, too—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The attentive and friendly staff only enhanced the experience. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Miami!

“Our host/server was very considerate, attentive, and helpful, and would regularly check up on us to see how we were doing and would do his best to be of service.

The food was also very tasty, clean, and filling; I ordered the Drunken Noodles dish, which had noodles, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, etc. cooked and mixed in a flavorful sauce. The dish was also very affordable and had great portion size.

“Food is fresh and home made. Delicious. My mom is very hard to please but she was very impressed with how fresh the noodles were as well as the pork buns.

I loved all the smoothies and teas. My brother got passionfruit and I got strawberry, they tasted like they put real strawberries in the blender without the added syrup most places put.

The butterfly Litchi tea at 50% sweetness was just perfect for me since I am diabetic and didn’t want it too sweet.

Our server was attentive and friendly. The place was quite empty and the storefront is next to a very sad looking Regal Cinema movie theater in the more vacant part of Paraiso Parc Shopping complex.

A-1 Noodles is truly a hidden gem. I don’t know why this place isn’t packed with patrons because the quality of the food is top notch. Hopefully their business is mostly pick up orders.

The decor is lacking and the employee stuffing dumplings on a nearby table is similar to many old fashion chinese restaurants which usually turns me off to the place but I can’t dispute the quality of hand made noodles and home made rice buns. My mom vowed to come back (which is a big deal coming from her).

I wasn’t too hungry so I ordered the miso ramen which had a perfect soft boiled egg in a large bowl of al dente noodles.

My mom and brother got the flamed ramen and they said the heat on the spicy noodles was just hot enough to make his nose run (for spicy food lovers, that is the sweet spot).

We all picked braised pork belly for our ramen which had the right amount of fatty savory protein for the soup.

My brother chose beef dumplings and he said it was good. They picked the right way to do beef by using a ground beef instead of shredded beef so it doesn’t get too dry.

I can’t wait to try other dishes with my sisters next time. It is so close to home too, so you can shop at Costco, Publix, Ross and have a nice noodle meal. I do want to try their japanese curry rice though, and my cousins like Korean food so they can try that too.

The menu is not huge but they have a little korean, japanese, thai and chinese. I am definitely getting thai donuts on the next trip. I got too full on smoothies and teas this time.“

“This place is awesome! If you was really high quality food for a great price with amazing service come here! I got the sesame ginger chicken with rice and was shocked. It was the best Asian food I have ever had in my life. To be honest with you, I’m not usually a fan of Chinese or Asian food. I have it from time to time. But this place proved me wrong! I wish they had one of these back home I’d eat here every single day. The guy behind the counter was extremely warm and friendly too! The food is worth the wait trust me. I made a big order of a special fried rice, lo mein noodles, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken for 15 people (family gathering).
