Yo como en ese restaurante todo los días ni una sola vez he tenido un problema leo estos reviews y da asco como el ser humano es tan cruel son personas que nos dan de comer una cantidad increíbles de clientes si puede aver un error pero no para que critiquen de esa manera donde está la humanidad de este mundo gracias pollo tropical y todo los empleados por servirme el plato de comida que como a diario en su restaurante
Today I went with my family for lunch best been ever better than my suegra forgot my sweat plantain and the manager jeesee brought it to our table she save tha day great job to her and the staff
Facility is filthy, cashier had AirPods in and her hood up from a jacket over her head. She couldn’t hear anything we said. Told us an item advertised was not available that they took it off the register, I requested she call a higher up and they came to help and found it quickly. The crew was doing their best to keep up with the rush but I think they could have taken 5 minutes to pause service to clean up the food prep area.
