April 1 supposedly They close at 12 midnight and at 10:47 there is no chicken, the manager is okay with that, then I order a tropichop and they don't have any companion... 3 pieces of chicken... I am a customer, lunch and I have dinner every day but because of what happened today I'm going to change where I eat...it's better to put El hirario back because they're going to lose all the customers.

I stopped by my favorite chicken chain for a family lunch to go. As opposed to using the drive thru, which seemed a mile long. I stopped inside. No, wait to place my order, but you can see they were working hard behind the counter. Stopped in the restroom, which could have used some cleaning, but it was the middle of the day. The restaurant itself was clean. The interior of this location is massive. Definitely could use a self-serve sauce bar. When my order was up, I asked for pineapple rum sauce and cilantro garlic sauce. I was given 3 rum sauces and told they have to get the cilantro sauce. I asked for more and maybe I should have been louder but we were both distracted by another employee speaking to us both saying there is no cilantro sauce because she didn't have time to get it from the back. I said I was fine with waiting, but she refused to get it. This, and the fact that all of them only spoke spanish is the reason for the 3 star on service. If I had my wife order, they wouldn't have understood her. Someone came to the counter to ask for plates, and I had to translate it for them. Maybe if you're a front counter employee, you should know some English? This is on the managers, not the employees. No music playing and such a large space is the reason for a 3 star atmosphere.

Today is the second time that this location didn't have beens, they didn't even offer me something else to replace the been at least I ask to see if they will offer corn or French fry but they didnt and still charge me the same

the managers don’t seem to care, I’ve seen them treat their staff for bad, shouldn’t speak down to your staff for front of customers, they can’t get an order, right.. requested no beans and got Lot. food was cold my meat was red not cooked.. It was cleaned on the inside.
