Pollo Tropical is an excellent dining destination that offers a welcoming atmosphere for a relaxing lunch or dinner experience. The service is fully enjoyed, with the staff working diligently to prepare the flavorful food. Located in Miami Lakes, the restaurant has a large interior, but it can get very busy, so ordering ahead is recommended. The menu features dishes like the quarter chicken with rice and beans, which are tender and seasoned just right. The beans are especially praised for their taste and make good leftovers. The restaurant’s fries are also highly recommended. While the food is best enjoyed fresh, some items like the chicken may not warm up well the next day. The restaurant offers a variety of sauces, including guava BBQ sauce, which customers enjoy. The restroom and dining area are kept clean and neat, and the staff is friendly and outgoing. Despite occasional service challenges, the overall experience remains highly enjoyable, making Pollo Tropical a favorite among local diners.
