I’m not exactly sure what to do because I was in a rush so I did not apply my rewards. I did not take the receipt… I got to my office and this is what I received. Chicken was so soggy was not pieces of chicken. I’ve had this at multiple locations and I’ve never had this experience. Tasted like tuna. Entire sub was soggy with only a topping of cucumbers and ranch/ chipotle. I do want to acknowledge that the employee at this time was very nice and had great customer service skills ! This is a quality issue.

We ordered via uber eats but this Subway's staff allowed the uber driver to leave without confirming on the app that they picked up the order. Driver stole the order and I was left hungry just because the staff couldn't take 10 seconds to have the driver complete the pickup process before handing him the bag... I won't take the risk of ordering from here again but I'm writing this with the hope that whoever runs this place speaks with the staff about confirming delivery pick ups so that nobody else has to experience this aggravation.

There phone is disconnected so there is no way of cancelling an order made to this location. Subway app does not check if you are even in the same country let alone city before taking your money with no online cancellation option

I was at 9:30 on saturday january 4th and the staff member named roberto was serving us. He seemed to be stressed because there was a line. He toasted my sub without asking me. Then when i went to put in my rewards number he insisted that I didn’t have rewards. However when i pulled
Up the message showing me it, it then mysteriously appeared on the machine. Not sure. Environment was good and clean, well stocked.

This place is always clean, and the employees are polite and they always make sure your meal is prepared the way you want it. Very pleased with every visit, I eat subway at least 3 times per week. Food is always fresh. I give them 5 stars, great service!

The young woman who helped us later in the evening was incredibly helpful and quick considering she was alone. Clean and our sandwiches were so good I almost didn’t take a picture!
