I was at 9:30 on saturday january 4th and the staff member named roberto was serving us. He seemed to be stressed because there was a line. He toasted my sub without asking me. Then when i went to put in my rewards number he insisted that I didn’t have rewards. However when i pulled Up the message showing me it, it then mysteriously appeared on the machine. Not sure. Environment was good and clean, well stocked.

I've been waiting for around 40 minutes!! When I arrived there were only 4 people in front of me!! And I still have 20 more minutes waiting, from what I see!! The girl is very, very slow!! What helplessness and annoyance I have!!

Ordered two grilled chicken subs this afternoon and some clown there decided to basically send me two pieces of bread with one spoonfull of chicken. Is it because it was a special? if not then dont participate in specials if you will react like this. Clearly management decided this.
