I stumbled upon the Bonsai Coffee Truck at Miami Beach Botanical Gardens today, though they're usually parked in Miami Shores. Chatting with the owners, who are super friendly, I learned they've been running the truck for seven months. They actually met while working at a restaurant and decided to team up for this coffee venture. The coffee is seriously delicious.
