First off, Lana is super helpfuland professional! She is always available to answer any questions and she is very attentive to my needs. Secondly, the food is amazing! I am a pescatarian/vegetarian and the salmon, shrimp and salads are delicious and fresh. Their homemade juice and chocolate protein muffin are devine. I am so happy I found them. Thank you Lana.

Fice stars all around. My favourite meal prep company ever (& I’ve tried a lot). I am very picky about the food I put in my body and I love the convenience of having healthy, prepped and measured meals delivered fresh every couple days. The food is very tasty, the menu has lots of variety , and all of the nutrition info/ ingredients is listed which is very important to me.
