It is very sad to have an owner tell you when all booths are marked "reserved" but empty and you ask to sit there but told if a BIG party comes in you will have to move! Not living up to the mission you state! Also potato galette was hard either old or cooked to long

I love everything about this place. The food is unique and healthy; I love the ambiance, music, and a place to talk without being too loud.

It was my first time going there, and the menu was very unique. They had one dish that had almond butter on the breakfast sandwich while I was there. I was very bewildered that they put almond butter on a breakfast sandwich to my disbelief I thought, as though it was a compound butter that had a almond flavor with in it, when I try to ask the lady my waitress and there’s almond butter on it. What is that? She said it is just like how it said after hearing that I said have a great day and I got up and left. Customers should be treated better.

We visited this coffee shop while waited for our car rental at downtown Miami. Our server charged us double tax on all items. When we addressed it. They blame the system and ask do you want me to pay you back ? Check your bill before you pay it.

Glad they revamped this place! The food and drink menu is great, it's nice to sit inside, and everything I've ordered so far has been good.

The location,, ambience and lay out of the place is nice. While the dishes sounded good our food came out lukewarm bordering cold,, the knives provided to cut the toast upon which the meal was layered was inappropriate thus making the cutting of ot difficult.. we ordered mocha lattes they were cold. Wait staff needs more training on how to take care of a table, they let the dishes piled up and did not remove them before bringing out more stuff, thus cluttering the tables unnecessarily.

What an underrated place in Miami shores! The food is sooooo good! My office is in the shores as well and I hadn’t been to Borsalino since it’s changed from the previous restaurant that was there. A friend and I decided to in to check it out, saw the menu and decided to stay for a bite. We both had a bowl from their menu and it was soooo delicious! It has a chill vibe. It’s a coffee shop with good food and a full bar if you want to have a drink as well. So happy it’s so close to my office for me to grab a bite during my work hours! Highly recommend.

We went to the one in Miami Shores. The front door was propped open, it was hot and there were flies buzzing around our table. The Cuban sandwich was inexplicably served on a baguette with very dry pulled pork substituted for the sliced pork. Service was efficient but indifferent. Disappointed.
