This was my husband and I first time here we came to the Miami Shore location. I ordered the healthy burger bowl and I would say it was amazing the portion size was perfect the taste was amazing. My husband ordered almond butter açaí bowl it was also very good. We was helped by Eddie and Gio and they both did an excellent job on being attentive and making me and my husband first time a great experience. We will definitely try it again.

A fabulous lunch time space - excellent find. Thank you to the managers (I think they said Sam and Ed) and their lovely staff for a great lunch - many options, helpful recommendations to 2 Brits on vacation, very tasty food and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
I’ve driven by carrot express so many times but never checked it out. I’m so happy I went today. The food and atmosphere was amazing. I will definitely be returning. We have the lentil soup, the crotch salad, avocado, toast, veg, burger, and açai bowl sweet potato fries as well. Every single thing was so good and I’m not just saying that. Eddie was the manager and he was so personable and sweet.

Went to Carrot Express today for an açaí bowl, and I have to say it was excellent. The açaí seemed much smoother and creamier than previous bowls, and I really liked the new consistency. My kids loved it as well they said it reminded them of the açaí they had in Brazil. Definitely a great experience. Headed back tomorrow for another dose of the magic elixir.
Probably won’t come back due to poor customer service
I’ve visited this location several times, but today’s experience was disappointing. While waiting for our order, my son needed to use the restroom. I asked the employee preparing our order for the access code, and suddenly another staff member (who I later learned was the manager!) interrupted in a very abrupt and unfriendly way, stating that the restroom was “for customers only.”
This was confusing, as we are customers and were actively waiting for our order. I clarified that, but instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding or offering even a simple apology, he remained dismissive and doubled down!
Regardless of the situation, there’s no reason to speak to anyone that way. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be the standard, especially from someone in a managerial role!! Experiences like this make it hard to want to return, and I can’t imagine I’m the only customer put off by this kind of interaction..
So even though food is usually not bad, today’s experience sucked! Btw, Pura Vida is right across the street. I guess I’ll just go there next time.
