I would like to report a very unpleasant experience that occurred at the Dunkin’ Donuts location in Miami Shores (9545 NE 2nd Ave) today at approximately 6:15 p.m.

At the time of my visit, the two employees were arguing with each other and yelling in front of customers, creating a very uncomfortable environment. The employee who assisted us was extremely inattentive; he barely listened to our order and, as a result, gave us the wrong drinks.

Additionally, I had to personally ask him to heat our donut, something that should normally be offered as part of the service.

The most serious issue happened when I calmly expressed that I was unhappy with the service. After that, one of the employees came outside and yelled at my mother and me, calling us “trash.” This type of treatment is completely unacceptable and very disrespectful toward any customer.

I would like this situation to be seriously reviewed, as no one should be treated this way in an establishment that represents your brand.

I hope to receive a response and that the appropriate measures are taken to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

Been coming to Dunkin’ Donuts since 1987
And to this store ever since it got opened
And I never got such a bad experience with customer service like the one I had with this couple of employees. The so called manager was yelling on the phone and barely paying attention to customers, while quite a few walked away cause his attitude
He messed up my order, he gave my order to another person who didn’t even bought anything, therefore my order was missing items
And my coffee was extremely sweet, when I only asked for one shot of Splenda
And when I told him, that they were making errors because of their lack of attention, they were laughing at me and my wife, cursing at an elder couple like her and I
And on top of that he told us no to come back to the store
What a shame for someone that’s been a long time customer and only asking for not hospitality but at least for decent service…

Today, February 2, 2026, I visited Dunkin around 5:30 p.m. with the intention of enjoying a good coffee and other items. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory due to the behavior of the individual who appeared to be the manager.

At the time of my order, this person was speaking on a cell phone in a loud and inappropriate manner and was not paying attention to my order, which resulted in poor service and an incorrect order.

I would like to highlight that Covoquer, who was also present, demonstrated a very pleasant, professional, and courteous attitude prior to this situation.

I respectfully recommend that while employees are assisting customers, cell phone use be avoided, appropriate language be maintained, and full attention be given to customers. This would greatly contribute to providing better customer service.

On multiple visits during weekend mornings, I have observed an employee named Susan displaying unprofessional behavior. This includes rushing through orders, using profanity, and providing poor attention to customers. On several occasions, her conduct has caused confusion about what is being put into beverages, and I have seen customers leave the line without ordering due to the lack of professionalism. Because these issues have occurred frequently and consistently, I believe they reflect a serious problem that requires management’s attention. As a loyal customer, I expect Dunkin to provide a welcoming and professional environment, and I hope corrective action will be taken to ensure that future visits meet those standards.

You forgot my munchkins in the Uber Eats order and only refunded me half the price??? I am disputing with my bank. Look into CHECKING RECEIPT before putting into bag! Thanks for ruining my day and now I have to chase a refund for your incompetence

The worker at Miami Shores location that was preparing the food did not realize I was watching her while she was preparing customer’s sandwich with her bare hands. That’s very nasty and the fact you think it’s ok to be mishandling peoples food like that. You’re not making your own meals.
Customers pay to have you make their food.
Nasty to the next level! Never again will I visit this location

Typical Duncan Donuts… cleaner than most, staff was great… super friendly, light years better than that DD dump on State Road 84 east of I-95 in Fort Lauderdale.

This place doesn't deserve a single star. The service is terrible. The employees are grumpy, but the worst person is the Spanish lady! It's a shame the place is nice but the employees are rude.
