I live in this area and I consider myself a often customer of this location. This is not the first time but today I said no more. I went to get my daily coffee at 5:02 in the morning and the staff (2 ladies) was not welcoming or nice. I said good morning and the answer was you have to wait for me to open the register. the service is horrible at least early in the morning when they open. I don't know what is the ir problem, is like they dont want to be there. At least smile. I'm not trying to get something out of this, but this is not the first time. Not coming back.

Very nice and quick service. They forgot to put cold foam on my drink, but quickly put it on there for me. Coffee tasted great.Parking: Most parking spots are taken, might have to circle around to find a spot.

I’m frequent at all the area Dunkin’s and use mobile ordering. I’ve had the most problems with orders from this store. They have consistently un-friendly staffers who would probably be kinder if they had more staff to support them.

They take forever to serve an ice caramel coffee … after waiting for 20min I had to ask for a refund … I was the 5th person with the same issue, there is no order, organization at all, just go to other “DD” or Starbucks ! Do not come here!

Dean was sooo helpful and well spoken. Never seen someone with such a great personality and a peopls person for sure. I even thought he was the manager lol. However it'll be nice to give him a chance to at least be an assistant manager he deserves it. Thanks again Dean i don't even live in Miami lol but I'll be coming here almost every Friday from west palm beach to grab coffee before i go to my gig. Thanks again.

Extremely unwelcoming employees. It's seems that if you are not from a certain ethnic origin?? , one is not suitable in this establishment. No acknowledgement at all. One can sense the resentment. SHAMEFUL!

The location is great. The restaurant is clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable, especially if you're using the app. I stopped for an iced coffee with cream and sugar. It was way too sweet.

They need to train their employees properly. I don’t even blame the young lady attending me. She seemed very nervous especially when I came back to ask things to be remade since they were done poorly. The donuts were sad with barely any frosting, I had a hair in my sandwich. They need to teach If you’re not going to wear a hairnet you need to put up your hair at-least. My lemonade ratio was more water than anything lemonade, and my coffee ratio was also off because it didn’t taste the same as other Dunkin’s. Again not made at the young girl. Im upset at whoever trained her so poorly an thought it was a bright idea to let her work alone there. I know most Dunkin’s are only 1 worker but when you know someone is new at the job or needs more training, you do not do that.

Great location right in my neighborhood. Staff is friendly and caring.Their bagels are horrible they are more like a roll and a bagel had an off spring and it came out differently abled and thats what they are serving.I got a bagel and cream cheese once and got whatever this monstrosity was "pictured below" and never ordered a bagel for myself again. Stick with the Donuts but your better off going early in the morning because by the afternoon the good stuff is gone.
