Smoothie Express Miami Shores(with Boba)

I had a disappointing experience here. While the food and smoothies were good, the customer service was subpar. She seemed unfriendly and lifeless. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted, and the staff member just stared at me, making me feel like I was an inconvenience. And it wasnt the first time .

This establishment is not open. I drove 11 miles for nothing. Update:I used to come eat here a few years ago when I lived in the area and I missed it so much I decided to come but I seen the place was closed and you still had the old address on google so I didn’t bother to call but I see the address is updated I will try again next week Thank You

Jermaine Smith has truly outdone himself in creating the worst smoothie joint in existence. From the moment I walked in, the unfriendly, lifeless staff greeted me with stares that could freeze lava. It's clear why they’re so miserable – Smith doesn’t even pay them! The food was atrocious – overpriced, tiny portions that tasted worse than something from the dollar menu at a gas station. To top it all off, both my husband and I found hair in our food. Apparently, hygiene and professionalism are foreign concepts to Smith. The stifling heat inside, due to a lack of A/C, only added to the misery. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this disaster.

This is my all-time new and my favorite restaurant. I have had the pleasure of ordering and speaking to Mr. Niko. Each time that I've ordered, he has made sure that my order is perfect. The turkey burgers, salads, and smoothies are so, so delicious. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and the wonderful food. God bless you!

Woman working there didn't seem interested in working today, but with no A/C that's possibly understandable. It was extremely hot in there, we had to eat in the car. The food was not worth the price. The smoothies don't taste like what we ordered. Both my husband and I found hair in our food. The chicken quesadilla my daughter had tasted worst than something out of the freezer aisle at the grocery store. Just because people have locs, doesn't mean hair doesn't shed. Where a hair net when preparing food. This wasn't my first time there but will be my last.

I just needed something to eat in a hurry and wasn't expecting much from a fast food type of place but, what a nice surprise, the food was so fresh and good!! They are right across from a Subway, and if you choose the Subway, over Smoothie Express, that's a mistake.

My son and I love going to Smoothie Express for our favorite and very delicious smoothies. The Peanut butter Insane is my go to and for my son he tries them all and has a hard time choosing because in his words " They're all so delicious!". He even got his great grandmother hooked.
The atmosphere is very chill. You can sit in or out to get work done. We love this place! If you haven't been, you're missing out!
