Gustavo is nothing but a pleasure. He took care of our every needs, the food was excellent, and service was just outstanding. I would recommend this to anybody who is visiting Miami, or staying on a one night layover.

Our included breakfast was more than we expected. Three choices (pancakes, waffles, or toast w/bacon) all included eggs. Then there was a selection of sides fruit, pastries, cereal, plus drinks.
Our server, Yanet, was terrific!! She is so pleasant, on top of our needs (kept my husband’s coffee filled), and informative.
We will be back!

Gustavo presented the best and most delicious cocktails with efficient and smooth service. I ordered the Lamb Shank and was impressed more and more with every bite. I ended up taking more pictures than expected but everything was just that fabulous :)

Went for dinner while we were in the area after seeing it had decent reviews on Google. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience. Roasted chicken was dry and lacking flavor, same for the chicken with my Caesar salad. Lettuce in our salads was wilted as well and I found a fly in mine. The staff was friendly and the place seemed clean. We just didn't love the food.

We flew in from out of town and always stay at our favorite EB Hotel, so close to the airport and what a gem!

On top of being a gem, the hotel has the most fantastic restaurant! Right next to the lobby, incredible ambience, class, and a wonderful menu! So many things to choose from, Lamb a specialty, many special things!

Our server Rosa just charming, knowledgeable, efficient and welcoming! Terrific service and attention, just right!

Hotel manager Ada has created a culture and service standard that is five star, in every part of the hotel!
