Being the only papa johns in the whole miami springs, hialeah & coral springs area you really got no choice but to deal with it but this place sucks. Sauces & sodas are always forgotten & the driver blames the other employees when they should check what they need. Pizzas are always made, cut sloppy with toppings completely a mess or cheaply applied. Sauces on wings are either almost none or completely drenched. Not sure what the issue is with the employees but it's obvious they're angry & hate their job. If you order from here. Be ready to be disappointed.

Terrible pizza. Dry. No cheese. No sauce. Burnt. This has always been my papa johns but I'd rather drive across town for another PJs truly disappointing. I bet you anything there's a new management.

Sent wrong pizza. Said it was NY style crust. Said I was wrong.
The service unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired, there are two employees who apparently have very poor communication and transmit an unpleasant atmosphere during the waiting time.
The place looks messy.
The pizza was very good in terms of flavor, quantity and price.
A customer service course for your employees would be good.

One of the worst pizzerias I have ever been to. Sunday, July 28, 2024 around 9:15 pm I went to place an order and one of the cashiers was talking to supposedly another co-worker but she was not on schedule and was not even able to say hello, it is a real lack of respect.

Extremely Bad Service. Casher had a very BAD Attitude. I had a problem with my order and she would not even try to resolve the problem, She called the manager , started to use foul language. I Strongly recommend these people not to Hire people that cant deal with people. I Will avoid this Papa John's .
