⚠️Unprofessional and misleading handling of a DoorDash delivery.
After the delivery was completed by a DoorDash driver, the customer wrote a tip on a Papa John’s merchant receipt. The store did not pay out the tip in cash, did not take the receipt back, and claimed that I could “call DoorDash to receive the tip,” which DoorDash confirmed is not possible.
Merchant-entered or handwritten receipt tips do not transfer to DoorDash drivers. The situation was left unresolved, and the driver was sent away without payment.
This is poor handling of third-party deliveries. Drivers should be aware.

First time eating here places a big order for me and my family me and my daughter got sick. I ordered that Philly cheesesteak steak papdai thing and my steak wasn’t done it was pink. Spend the night sick. Never again! Waste of money !

Being the only papa johns in the whole miami springs, hialeah & coral springs area you really got no choice but to deal with it but this place sucks. Sauces & sodas are always forgotten & the driver blames the other employees when they should check what they need. Pizzas are always made, cut sloppy with toppings completely a mess or cheaply applied. Sauces on wings are either almost none or completely drenched. Not sure what the issue is with the employees but it's obvious they're angry & hate their job. If you order from here. Be ready to be disappointed.
