We had dinner after a long day of flying, at The Pilot House. We were not expecting the food to be so amazing. The Baby back ribs, chicken wings ( flats) and the shrimp were phenomenal. If you’re ever in Miami and stay at the Wyndham Garden Miami International airport hotel make a point to visit The Pilot House Bar and Restaurant. I had the guacamole with chimichanga and boy oh boy it was delicious! I had tiramisu for desert and that was yummy. First time here and everything was well seasoned. Came in for lunch and dinner. Calamari was flavorful, naked wings were tasty and the side salad was fully. Server Ernie was professional and attentive.
