To top it off, the cake was delicious and all our friends had nothing but rave reviews about the flavor! We will definitely use Twice As Sweet again in the future.

I needed a custom cake for my husband's Bourbon & Cigar themed birthday party and had viewed all the beautiful cakes on the Twice as Sweet website. I provided a few ideas of what I had in mind to Liz and was not disappointed with the final result! It was exactly what I wanted. The cake looked like a Bourbon barrel with cigars around it, topped with a nice bottle of bourbon. Some of my guests didn't even realize it was a cake, but thought it was a beautiful decoration instead! The cake was very moist, half lemon and half vanilla with lemon curd filling. My guests who typically do not like cake, loved this one! I highly recommend Twice as Sweet for special occasions and will definitely order again for my next event. Thank you Liz!

Once she locks you in as a repeat customer you wont get her best work, nor any ounce of professionalism.I personally ate part of the cake that Brittany Baldwin posted about in her review and can attest to the fact that the cake was trash. It was stored the same way as the other two cakes we purchased from here, but was of far worst quality.The owner even admitted that she used a new ingredient that may have caused the issue we experienced and OFFERED a refund but she'd rather lie and send petty texts than answer the phone to speak to a concerned customer.Save your time and money. Go somewhere else where you can CONSISTENTLY get great cakes and customer service. Update: The owner doesn't get it. she keep stating we ordered from her before and enjoyed our orders like that changes the fact that our order this time was trash and the customer service was worst. She clearly cant take Honest feedback. consistency is the key!

And to top it off, the unprofessionalism with which she addresses customer concerns respectfully raised to her is unheard of. Don't make the mistake of disregarding the negative reviews you see here. They're 100% a true reflection of how this person conducts business. I utilized Twice As Sweet to make my husband's groom's cake for our wedding back in June 2022. The cake cake out great, so I placed a cupcake order in January 2023 for my birthday which was great as well.For our 1 year wedding anniversary, I reached out to have a cake made June 2023, and unfortunately this was a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.The cake was extremely dry, crumbly, and kept falling apart. It was so bad that we ended up throwing the cake away after just 2 days. Honestly, our wedding cake top that was in our freezer for a year was far more moist and edible than the cake I'd just purchased from Twice Sweet.Because I'd had 2 positive past experiences with cakes from this provider and genuinely wanted to share feedback to benefit the owner, I respectfully reached out to inform her of the issues just in case she used a different product or procedure that may have caused this change. She notified me that she added a new product to enhance moisture that may have been the cause of the trouble. This vendor then replied "I can offer you a refund. I'm sorry it was dry," which I thought was noble of her in terms of customer service because I didn't ask for a refund. My intention was simply to share helpful feedback and she could take it or leave it.Given the fact that we barely got to eat any of the nearly $100 cake before throwing it out, I agreed to take her up on the refund request and asked if I should pick it up or if it would come via chashapp, to which she replied "Cashapp."Several days passed and I didn't receive any follow up or see the refund come through, so I sent a request via cashapp. It was immediately declined and I received a text saying she could only offer me a 50% refund because the cake would need to be returned for a full refund.When I texted this vendor initially about the issues with the cake, I still had it in my trash and would've happily pulled it out and brought it to her if she stated that was the refund policy. In fact, i asked if i needed to come in person to receive my refund and she said no.I followed up with a call and text asking why this was not stated when SHE OFFERED me a refund, as I would've happily brought the cake back. Of course, no response or answer.She's also now saying the refund needs to come through zelle or vendor when she originally said it would come through cashapp as that's the method I used to pay.Now I see why she didn't respond to anything. She's clearly more concerned with taking people's money than delivering quality customer service AND quality cakes to loyal customers.At the very least, she could've offered to remake the cake (if not issuing a full refund), but she didn't even do that.This recent experience s such a shame because I've referred this vendor to several coworkers and friends getting married, and i was planning to have a cake made for my husband's birthday in August. I used Twice as Sweet for a friend’s elephant themed baby shower. I showed Elizabeth pictures of what we wanted for the chocolate covered Oreos and cake pops. They did such an amazing job with both items. The Oreos looked too pretty to eat, but they were eaten and were delicious. The red velvet pops were also done beautifully and tasted great. I highly recommend them because their work is beautiful, it taste delicious and they provide excellent customer service.

I ordered a last minute cake after the famous Vicky Bakery canceled my custom order last minute due to a baker calling out and had to find a new bakery; fortunately I found on google Twice as Sweet; as they saved the day, with my last minute order. Elizabeth was very understanding of my situation and assisted me with my custom cake order. The cake was not only ready on time as promised but exquisite and had an amazing appearance!
