We waited over 45 mins for a simple burger and brisket. The server apologized and said they had a couple of big takeout orders in front of ours. We were there for lunch. When we finally got it it was of course cold. Then a woman in pink shorts out demanding I sign a ticket.She rudely thought I wouldn't pay. They were jerks and did not care. We live here but we will not be back and I'm telling lots of people.

Staff and food were amazing. Table ordered the lemon pepper wings and I’m not a big lemon pepper fan until today! The wings were amazing and the burger was also very tasty. Overall terrific experience. Will be going back and highly recommend stopping by for the really tasty food and great staff experience!

While I am always rooting for our hometown restaurants Woody’s continues to miss the mark and last night was the last strike! Food was not fresh, pretty sure the brisket was a few days old and microwaved, service was slooooowwww and drinks were terrible. The new owners have a lot of changes to make if they want to get me back!

Plenty of employees but service was terrible! Sliders were overcooked brisket sandwich overcooked waiting for server over 15 minutes when we sat down. Never came back to the table. New owners need to take care of their business.

Please try the cornbread..?We will definitely be back. If you're in Miami please check this place out. You won't be disappointed..Shout out to our waitress Victoria. To start the atmosphere is great, especially for kids. They recently added some playground elements and it's quite nice. We went around 3:30 pm on a Saturday and were a big group with kids so we sat outside. At the time the bartender was handling the bar, the floor and the outside area, which was alot for one person.
That being said, with the bartender spread thin, service was outright slow as it always is. We've given woodys 3 chances and every time, service has been sub par. There were other staff members on duty including the owner. If I were any one of them, I would've stepped in to make sure we were being promptly served..that didn't happen. I would've been a little more proactive if it was my business.
When our food arrived, it was ok, as advertised. And the drinks were good too! They were just understaffed and had we been better attended, they could've made more money from drinks alone. My advice, is go to woodys only if you have time on your side. And order everything ahead because boy are they slow.
