Stopped by this food truck for a late-night bite and was seriously impressed. Everything was cooked to order. We got two chicken quesadillas and they were amazing I mean perfectly cooked with a record-breaking cheese pull. The portions were great too for the price, one quesadilla could easily feed 2 people. They also had a great variety of sauces, my favorite being the garlic cilantro.
There’s some seating outside, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the food. Parking is a little tricky/difficult though.
What really stood out was how kind and attentive everyone was. They checked in on us a few times to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything else while we ate.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick, delicious late-night option!

The picture speaks for itself, this is definitely not a quesadilla, its a joke. They trick you with buy one get one free promos to give you poor quality products that they need to get rid of and barely had a hint of chicken with some cheese, no veggies either
