I drive by this place daily and decided I would try it today. I had a friend visiting so we walked over and there was a man who helped us order, I was trying to order more and the employees were extremely rude. They looked me right in my face and continued to talk with one another. While we had ordered, we just left the food since no payment had been collected. Something to keep in mind here, if you want to only be a place for the local community then that should somehow come across in your advertising and business structure. Choosing not to help people based on a language barrier when they actively try to speak the same language as you is disappointing. Additionally being rude gets you nowhere in life.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place should not even be in the market. The customer service is absolutely non-existent, and the staff is shockingly rude. It was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
The food is just as bad as the service: the arepas were terrible, the empanadas were awful. nothing here is worth your time or money. This is a horrible, unpleasant, and unprofessional establishment that clearly does not care about its customers.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Reasonably priced, fast and delicious Venezuelan food. The burgers with fried cheese are killer, same with the empanadas.
My go to is a cachapa smothered in garlic sauce.
The staff is friendly and attentive. I come here at least once a week wether is for breakfast or at night for a cachapa or a burger

They are rude, bad food, bad business. MANAGEMENT is nonexistence. Its like children trying to impress adults.They all need training in every aspect of running a business. They should hire a professional to show them how. I pass by there every morning. BAD VIBES. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I think these ratings have been asked for. Food is not fresh and barely warm. Short lady repeated thank you to me twice. Second time she sounded so angry. Very weird and not welcoming.
