Palma offers an intimate and exclusive dining experience. The restaurant's interior is dimly lit and sparse, with concrete walls and floors, and candlelit wooden tables and chairs. The staff, led by Sara, provide exceptional service, welcoming guests into a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu is constantly changing, with the chef, Juan Camilo, bringing out dishes and explaining the culinary masterpieces. The tasting menu features a range of creative and innovative dishes, including the Bouquet course, which is a fresh and tasty dip served with edible flowers and herbs, and the Shrimp course, which is wrapped in steamed collard greens. The Porcini dessert, featuring caramelized white chocolate and kale, is a standout, and the Orange course provides a refreshing palate cleanser. While the wine selection may be limited, the restaurant offers a range of natural beers and cocktails. Overall, Palma provides a unique and exceptional dining experience, with exceptional micro flavors, friendly service, and a reasonable price point.
