Hidden gem in Miami. Delicious food and drinks with a great atmosphere! This intimate setting is the perfect date night spot.
(The flan is to die for)

Good place with a wonderful ambiance. Went on Miami Spice and the food was great!! Very innovative. The sour note was the waiter who seems he has worked a long time there and he is just sloppy, bad attitude and rushing the service. The guy with the black beard. The rest of the staff top notch

Went on a Tuesday night, party of 2, and found an almost empty, freezing cold restaurant. Food is very high quality and strict attention to details, although we didn’t get the wow effect not the sophistication you could expect at a Michelin star restaurant, except for the very surprising taste of the venison tartare. But our real disappointment was on how expedited our 3 course meal was. We had 4 waiters just for ourselves so were interrupted in our experience litterally every 2 minutes. Our dining experience was done in less than an hour with a real feeling of being constantly watched. Overall overpriced for what you get. Wine prices can go unlimited high. we unfortunately didn’t enjoy the experience.

Saturday evening and found restaurant surprisingly not busy so overall service surely could've been better. Enjoyed the champagne scallop and foie gras, disappointed in the venison. Just didn't taste like venison, pretty regular taste at that and not so great, not sure what was done. The short rib a little better but not much either. First time there many months ago the service was pretty awful as the main server disappeared. So this was the second chance. Really don't see the high praises noted by others. As for Michelin, please, besides Michelin these days is paid by the Florida, and the Orlando, and the Miami Tourism boards a couple million to be in the state specifically to hand out stars. Those "stars" are going too easy as a result in Miami. Wonder why other restaurants in Florida outside Miami and Orlando not even mentioned?
This is the 12th time we have enjoyed dinner here. Menu does not change much, and given it's still off season, no specialties. Duck has consistently been chosen by my guests and does not disappoint. Made an error with booking which resulted for us to have dinner at the bar. Hostess not friendly and started the evening off to a negative. Many different ways to have addressed this and she failed. Well kudos to rest of servers, and of course the chef who quickly reminded us by great service and delicious food why we selected Ariete on Saturday. I am sure we will be back and look forward to the specialties.
Impeccable service. Every member of the waitstaff was perfect and the attention to detail was astonishingly good Sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and helpful Wine pairings were really nice & a glass of Krug as an opener a very pleasant surprise Food was “ interesting “, some superb and one or two a bit strange( to our taste) not bad, but just different Smoked Oysters, Venison & Duck exceptional Sound level was extremely high, uncomfortable and we had trouble talking at a small table for two. We asked that it be turned down, which it was a bit but very little help. Decor at best Spartan & chairs uncomfortable, particularly for a 3 1/2 hour 1 Michelin star meal Our table looked into an alleyway , not very nice
The waitress was good and made an effort to accommodate our needs. But honestly for a Michelin Star restaurant there is nothing special. The Duck is their signature dish, and my husband liked it, but other than that food, ambience and experience was OK and really expensive.
Really not worth the price tag. Ive been blessed to eat at other Michellin stars restaurants in US, LatAm and Europe and this comes up really short. I found the food to be one note.

Wow everything here was amazing. The tartar, the steak, anything you order it’s made to amaze your taste buds.

I chose the tasting menu with wine pairings. The food was very good and so was the wine selection. Unfortunately, the restaurant atmosphere is very noisy, with very loud music and noise from the bar, which makes the experience less interesting. The service from the staff is also very good.

Loved this place. Came for Miami Spice. Would come back because everything was delicious. The Farmer and the Venison Tartar for appetizers were wonderful. On the mains, we had a delicious chicken and this duck confit. I've never been a fan of flan, but this one was amazing. Sorbet was great as well. The sommelier also was incredibly helpful and added a nice touch to our experience.

The cocktails, bread, and flan were delicious. The service was also very good. The crudo had some very fishy pieces that were almost inedible. The duck and the venison were not as I expected. The plates were beautiful and had great ideas for flavors but they just didn’t follow through to the very end. Overall, a disappointment. I was also a little grossed out when I noticed the kitchen staff use their fingers to plate a dish for us.
