Our waitress had a sour/disinterested demeanor from beginning to end. Price for value is poor -- 2 small slices of ribeye for $68? Kampachi is the only fish entree in seafood forward South Florida? The venison and pork entrees were good, as were the foie gras and sweetbread appetizers. $8 for bread? The worst part is that there is a surprise and mandatory 20% gratuity added to every bill, with a borderline insulting suggestion to add another 2-7%. That explains the service.
Wonderful meal from beginning to end! Had the Mojella, Pressed Duck, and Flan. All the food was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond with cocktail request.
The portions are so small that you leave hungry. The food is pretty good but the size of the portions are unacceptable and the price hefty.
Relaxed elegant atmosphere- delicious food, charming service, excellent wine. Reasonably priced for a michelin star restaurant. Overall 5 stars for a wonderful experience and highly recommend
Another amazing experience at a top Miami restaurant. Location is lovely, in Coconut Grove. Cuisine and value is unreal. The staff are very accommodating. I look forward to visiting again within the next month. I would like to try everything on the menu and catch their seasonal items as well.
The food at Ariete was fine, but the overall experience did not meet Michelin-star standards.
I visited to celebrate a birthday (which I clearly noted in my reservation), yet no one acknowledged it throughout the meal. The space also felt crowded, with tables placed very close to one another and only one shared restroom for all guests.
When the duck dish was prepared tableside, it was done uncomfortably close to me — to the point that it felt unsafe. For the price and reputation, I expected much more care and attention to detail.
Disappointing overall, especially for what should have been a special occasion.

Ariete continues to be an incredible gem in Coconut Grove. Chef owner Mike Beltran, Chef Manny Arredondo and the entire team are incredible. The dishes taste great. The Duck Press is a unique presentation to South Florida with an incredible cuban influence. The hospitality, music food, experience is great for date night, a night with friends or a dress up occasion!
Ariete is truly one of Miami’s dining treasures. From the moment we sat down, the service was excellent—attentive without ever being overbearing. The team was always on point, even making sure our wine glasses were never empty.
We started with a selection of appetizers: the caviar donuts, grilled oysters, crudo, sweetbreads, and foie gras. Every dish had something special to offer, but the foie gras stood out as the star—an extraordinary preparation that alone is worth the visit. For the entrée, the pork was rich, flavorful, and beautifully executed. We ended with the olive oil cake and ice cream, a dessert that was both elegant and comforting.
The cocktails here also deserve a mention—the mezcal and tropical fruit creation was absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced, and easily one of my favorite cocktails anywhere.
Between the food, the cocktails, and the outstanding service, Ariete delivers an unforgettable dining experience. A must-visit in Miami.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond! Food & Service was amazing! We all really appreciate the extras that you and your team provided us!
The food and service were okay, but my experience was disappointing overall. I was seated at the bar even though the restaurant was nearly empty, with at least 10–15 open tables around me. Only by the time I was finishing dessert did the place start to fill up, which made me wonder if my visit would have been better had I been seated at a proper table. The hostess also came across as a bit rough and self-important — not very welcoming — and throughout the entire meal no one checked in on me once. For a restaurant of this level, I expected friendlier service and a little more attention. I'm not sure if I'll be coming back.
Overall, it was a very good experience. The food was delicious, the service was also great, and the place itself is beautiful — perfect for a date. The only downside was that it was hard to hear the explanations of the dishes because there was a table nearby making quite a bit of noise. Aside from that, everything was very pleasant.
WOW this place!! 10/10!!! Everything was incredible, from the servers paying attention to every little detail to the food! Totally recommend it!
