Food, waiter, and everything was great except that my umbrella was stolen after entrusting it to the restaurant. They said they could hold it for me when waiting to be seated and give it back at the end of the meal. I never got it back and they encouraged me to take another person’s umbrella, which I did not.

We had a fantastic experience here. The food from start to finish was spectacular in taste and presentation. They are happy to accommodate vegetarians, but they will not be able to help you vegans out. This restaurant deserves its Michelin star without a doubt. I find the negative reviews about food poisoning hard to believe when you account for the rigorous demands of maintaining a Michelin rating. However, anything can happen. The drinks were also amazing! Get the refreshing cocktail with mezcal. It is essentially a more fresh version of a caipirinha with a hint of mezcal smokiness.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian meal is not on the menu, but they will tell you all about it if you ask.

Every dish was amazing… The chicken entree and the venison tartare were my two favorites. Highly recommend for a delicious meal and experience!

This fusion restaurant, located in Coconut Grove, has a Michelin Star and we have checked it. A true gastronomic journey that goes from the elegance of French cuisine to the flavor of Cuban roots. It's our first time and we decided on one of their tasting menus: "Modern Verses", simply excellent. The atmosphere is characterized by a dim light and pleasant music. As for the service, charming at all times and with a detailed explanation of each dish. 100% Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was phenomenal, portions of the appetizers are a little small but delicious.Definitely food first, not a scene.I had the king crab and shared the duck. Both were incredible. The duck tamal was probably my favorite thing. Desserts were great as well.Went on a Sunday, they were not full.Music was great too, played lots of genres but it worked.

During a recent visit to Miami in late January, I decided to try Ariete, drawn in by its Michelin star, reputation, and proximity to Mayfair House & Garden. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The food was underwhelming, lacking the depth of flavor I anticipated. Additionally, the service felt robotic and impersonal, detracting from the overall dining atmosphere.Despite its accolades, I would advise others to temper their expectations and explore other dining options in Coconut Grove/greater Miami. Ariete did not live up to the hype and was a disappointment as my last meal before returning to New Orleans.

I went to this restaurant on Valentine's Day with my husband and deeply regretted it. Despite high expectations from positive Yelp comments, our night turned into a disappointing disaster. The tightly packed table setup, uncomfortable proximity of the chef cooking, and average meals didn't live up to the anticipated experience. I get that they cook the duck meal right by your table but the chef prepared it literally 6" away from me where I felt so uncomfortable and couldn't enjoy my dinner. Mind you that he wasn't even cooking for us but another table at the moment and having that fire and hot pans right in my face made me feel overly nervous! Meals were okay nothing special for the price. Service wasn't great either. No one came and asked if we needed anything after they took the orders. It was a hustle to order a second drink. I'm definitely not planning to go back any time soon.

Food was solid and nothing really to complain about. Had to move tables 3 time due to not enough light or seating under a massive ac. Overall i think the food variance and identity can be improve to be able to claim to a sophisticated dish the place try to aspire to.

When Michelin decided to recognize this restaurant I knew it was time to finally check it out. I ironically came here after a trip to NYC where I had gone to a three star Michelin restaurant and I wanted to see how Ariete compared. Honestly nothing they should be jealous of. As a matter of fact I felt more at ease and taken care of here. Perhaps because it's home and there's no place like Miami. I had reservations and I got seated in what I think is the middle of the restaurant. Not outside not inside but I was able to people watch everyone. We got a lot of food in our usual fashion. Oysters to start. They were excellent. I want to say we got the venison and the duck. The food was fantastic. I can see why Michelin recognized them. Service was also amazing. I will post all my photos so you guys can see why it was amazing rather than m talking about it.

Amazing per usual! Duck for 2 (table side = chefs ?). We came 45 mins prior to our reservation at had drinks at the bar. Unfortunately they could not seat us early or inside (ended up being closer to 15 mins late). Cigar smoker outside was annoying - but wait staff put on fans to help. Overall, 4.9 ?- will keep coming back

Great atmosphere, service first rate however was quite disappointed to find out then when ordering the tasting menu all members of our party had to order the exact same menu, my wife was only able to eat 2 of the 6 plates, I would have appreciated a bit of flexibility on the part of the restaurant.

I never write reviews anymore, but I couldn't resist writing one for Ariete. Was my dining experience perfect? No, a small thing was one of the dishes in my Amuse Bouche definitely incorrectly explained. Outside of that though service was flawless; shout out to Holly for being the best. If you like hustle and bustle sit inside; as a solo dinner I like watching the kitchen at work so that was fun for me. If you're looking to have conversation I highly recommend their patio. It's loud and busy inside, which I love. It's not for everyone though. As for food the Modern tasting is stunning. Of course I didn't love every dish, but boy was it beautiful and tasty. The menu is flavor packed! I was throughly impressed at how things were season and spiced. The things I like the least were cocktails. That's okay though; they just leaned way too sweet for me. Overall, the tastings are worth the $$$ as someone who has done quite a few of these tasting menus.

Incredible food. We had the Pork Chop and Short Rib - the meat was absolute perfection, the short rib melted in your mouth. The vibe was very relaxing & fun - I loved it an would absolutely recommend. They made my birthday very special and I absolutely adored the food. Reservations recommended especially on the weekend.
