Came here to have a light lunch with the family. Location is beautiful. Large wall fountain, outside tables. Located at the top of the Four Seasons hotel. We ordered some appetizers and the flatbread to share. Everything was wonderful. The hummus was very creamy with olives that are not your typical ones from the grocery store. Nice taste. Pita bread was very fresh. The zucchini fries were not greasy and had a yummy sauce. Addicting. Lamb meatballs were perfectly cooked and had a tzatziki sauce. Finally the flatbread with prosciutto, which our daughter couldn't get enough of. Fresh toppings, nice mix of flavors. Very good. Service was good. Everyone helped each other with filling drinks, clearing plates, checking in on us. I'm sure other items are good. Very impressed.

Bahia at the Four Seasons Miami stands as a culinary gem, offering an unforgettable dining experience that tantalizes the senses. From the moment you step into this oasis, the warm and attentive service sets a tone of unparalleled hospitality. The journey begins with a delightful array of dips, featuring the creamiest hummus and a rich, smoky babaganoush, each bursting with authentic flavors. The mezze, particularly the falafel, are crafted to perfection, offering a crisp exterior and a tender, flavorful heart that transports you to the streets of the Middle East. As for the main courses, the swordfish kebab and gambas al forno are masterpieces. The swordfish, grilled to a sublime tenderness, harmonizes beautifully with its Mediterranean-inspired marinade. The gambas al forno are a revelation, with each shrimp perfectly cooked and infused with a blend of spices that elevates this dish to new heights. The crescendo of this culinary symphony is the dessert – a heavenly baklava paired with lemon ice cream. The baklava, with its layers of flaky pastry, nuts, and honey, provides a textural contrast to the refreshing and tangy lemon ice cream, culminating in a dance of sweet and citrus on the palate. The ambiance of Bahia complements its cuisine flawlessly, blending elegance with a relaxed Mediterranean charm. Every detail, from the decor to the lighting, creates an environment that enhances the overall dining experience. Bahia is not just a restaurant; it is a destination where every dish tells a story, each bite is a celebration, and the service is as memorable as the food. A visit to Bahia at the Four Seasons Miami is an indulgence for the soul and a feast for the senses.

You can never go wrong with food and service at The Four Seasons, especially by the pool in sunny December! Craving tacos in Miami, our usual tacos we have at every restaurant are fish and steak! Too full to try the s’mores milkshake!

Came here the other night. Cute place. Back patio has nice ambiance. They do not have a full bar, so this is not the place to go if you like specialty drinks. Food is good- not amazing but not bad either. I cant say anything bad about this spot. It feels like a standard restaurant on ventura blvd.

Being part of a Hilton I expected more. This resort hosted our meeting and it was ok. The location was good. The rooms were nice sized. They had a drain issue in the sinks and bathtubs. The wait for elevators was crazy and their food for the meeting was terrible! Plus their is a terrible loud humming noise 24/7 outside. Is was just not what I would expect from a Hilton!

We had the pleasure of dining at Bahia twice last week while visiting Miami and we really enjoyed ourselves! Long story short, get the short ribs whatever way works best for you. I loved it in a salad bowl, and my wife loved it as tacos. The outdoor atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is super friendly. Just tell yourself you're not sitting at a hotel pool and enjoy!
