Fantastic meal! Go into the experience with the understanding that as with a lot of fine dining the price tag is not going to be insignificant however, the food is worth every penny! Was able to have a wonderful date with some wonderful food and wine!

I hate this restaurant, and I'll tell you why, because it ruins ever other dining experience in Miami forever. This restaurant is sublime, exquisite, and exceptional, perfectly curated dishes at an elevated level. We celebrated our anniversary here on Friday night and it was incredible. The best restaurant in Miami. The best overall caviar offerings and service in the country. I used to go to their NYC location and have been coming to this location since relocating to Miami. Everything is always perfect - the food, the service, the ambiance, everything! If you understand fine dining, you absolutely must go to Caviar Russe.
