From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. Javi was super friendly and charismatic — he made the experience very enjoyable. The food and drinks were spectacular. I will definitely be back — 10/10.

I had 3 different servers. They did not bring and side of bread with my breakfast bowl either sunny side up eggs in it. I had to ask for it 2 times. The slice of bread came after my food was already cold. I was charged $4 for a slice of bread 😅 and %18 tip was included already. Server accused me for not ordering the bread in time, also when I point out that its ridiculous to charge be for a slice of bread after this long time passed she said everything here is side. Not complaining , just sharing so you guys know what kind of service and attitude you are going to get at Balan's.

We waited a while for someone to serve us at the table. Servers would walked by without even asking for help. Completely indifferent like we were not there. Finally, the lady from the bar saw us feeling sorry for us and she helped us the best she could. She was actually very nice. However, the overall service is not the best. The food was ok but not worth coming back.
