Best spaghetti carbonara EVER! The real deal (as in they don't drown it in buckets of cream. It's done the proper Roman way with egg yoke and they add truffles and it's spectacular. Why can't I put a photo of it on here?

This is a really nice restaurant. We were seated promptly and our servers brought over the menus and water. We ordered a drink- the spicy leecherita since we had a free drink- it was really good. We also had bottomless Bellinis and they were really good. We all ordered from the Miami Spice menu and all of the food was delicious. I had the chocolate croissant, the eggs Benedict with ham and a side of potatoes, and the Belgian waffle for dessert. The other entrees looked good too. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant.

Excellent service, the crab pasta was great and so were the drinks. The manager did a fantastic job of looking out for us too and ensuring everything was running smoothly, I recommend this spot to anyone in the Brickell area.

From best coffee to best breakfast in Brickell , Balans is the business to consider when you visiting Miami . Their Bar is open as early as 8am for options of really good seasonal signature cocktails and/or fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh lemonades etc Oysters , full breakfast, eggs Benedict, waffles are a must to try .

Their pasta Bolognese was absolutely fantastic! The sauce was rich and flavorful, with the perfect balance of savory meat and tangy tomatoes. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the portion was generous. A truly comforting and delicious dish!

Balan’s is one of my favorite restaurants to eat in Brickell, they truly have something for everyone. Their menu is so diverse and all of their menus are fresh and delicious. Although I usually come dine in for dinner the brunch is my favorite! The avocado toast is soo yum as well as the belgian waffles to satisfy my sweet tooth ? For dinner my go to is the seared tuna or crab pasta. Also for dessert THE STICKY TOFFEE IS WOW I always come back and the staff is so friendly and the ambiance is always a vibe. Balan’s is a must try and they’ll keep you coming back!!

Last night i lost my id and i came here hoping for a chance it my be here and it was, the staff was so nice and engaging that we decided to eat here and we got served by Mina and she was not only gorgeous but a very good server. She made sure that we enjoyed our brunch! I also got a new menu item; chicken and waffles and it was delicious the waffles were amazing!!! Thank u again, will be back next miami trip ❤️❤️❤️

This is the BEST spot for brunch! The food is fantastic and the staff is super friendly and attentive! Today I got the eggs benedict with thick cut bacon which is new addition to their menu. It was so delicious I highly recommend! They also have a great bottomless mimosa deal for the weekend brunches that me and my friends love. This place never fails to impress me!
