I’ve been here since I stand close by when I’m there for business. They have an ordering app which makes it convenient to do pick up. I preordered on the app but when I got there, it wasn’t ready yet. The shack burger I got was fine though, the fries were a little cold but still good. Atmosphere is typical fast food casual.
Food was very good . Came out in a good temperature & good serving size. This is my first time donning in and having Shake Shack , It’s a Yes for me & thank you To Jose F. For the great customer service. He was available at all times. Love that . Thank you guys & gals !Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome here and I love that . They’ll love the fries here !

I had the amazing limited time korean Q chicken sandwich! One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve tried out of most fast food restaurants. The pomegranate drink I had was amazing as well, now one of my fav beverages ever. My girlfriend had a bacon burger that she demolished and we both had cheese fries which were just as good. The only downside is it’s in brickell so we couldn’t find a place to park close by.
