It's on the third floor of brickell Citi center above Zara. Always packed and it took forever to just get my frappe and they ran out of whipped cream, and also the barista gave it to me with the wrong lid and no straw. They obviously have some rookies working there, I love Starbucks, but I definitely won't be passing by this location any longer. Nice location if you are local!! Very quiet location and friendly staff.The only parking you find for free is the street parking. There is a car wash next door so every time I wash my car I have free parking at the garage, But most of the time I walk there.Highly recommend this place.
