Excellent customer service, it is remodeled, more spacious and welcoming, its manager Lisseth is a beautiful person, always with a smile, and a good attitude with the staff and with us, the customers. I recommend this place one hundred percent, fast service!!!

It's on the third floor of brickell Citi center above Zara. Always packed and it took forever to just get my frappe and they ran out of whipped cream, and also the barista gave it to me with the wrong lid and no straw. They obviously have some rookies working there, I love Starbucks, but I definitely won't be passing by this location any longer. Sorry
Parking: It's in downtown (Brickell) and it's a mall, pretty much you can walk there or take the Metro mover, I doubt there is street parking nearby and it's definitely not free

I work overnights and only get a 30 minute break and today I thought I would get a hot chocolate since it’s so cold outside. I show up around 5:10AM for the doors to be locked and to be told to go to another starbucks because they open at 6:00AM today, every other coffee shop in the area is closed….
