Lots of flavors. Sugar free, lactose free options. My daughter is lactose intolerant and she found about three options. My husband likes sugar free and there were about 5 options. I like low fat and found around 6 options.

I went to this store with my kids and the cashier didn’t want my kids to seat. We were 3 adult and 3 Kid . We tried to seat and she said we can’t not seat . We were about to spent there but we ending leaving as my family was mistreated by this cashier. She didn’t want to said her name but she was African American y a blonde wig. Horrible store , horrible customer customer service , ice cream store not kids friendly

My experience was terrible. Not only were they almost completely out the only donuts I like from their, I also found a strand of hair on it which totally disgusted me so I asked for a different donut and I after I ate it I asked for a cup of water but they said they were out. They were out of WATER, a basic human need. And they didn't even have a bathroom or water fountain I could use, nor did any other building on that block so I had to cross the street and look a place with a water fountain to wash down the donut. Horrible experience

I went for a hot fudge sundae and they didn't have vanilla ice cream or hot fudge. The men's room was out of order and the guy Michael with a huge messy head of hair was preparing food without a host or hairnet. Beware.

I'm visting this beautiful state but, the visit to this store was awful. Customer service was awful. It was so bad that I walked out of the store. I will never go there again.

Zero stars don't even come here. Ordered a cake 2 weeks in advance, called to confirm and they never answer the phone. Anyway they don't have my order and can't process a refund. Store owner has her son and his baby sitter working there. Huge mess, they shouldn't own a store. No apology and no refund. Had to show up without a cake to the birthday.
Ordered a photo take 10 days in advance. Showed up to the store at the date and time of my order and there was no cake. Apparently they were not doing photo cakes and never called me, never answered the phone. How embarrassing to not tell them you weren’t making the cake so I would have time to order it elsewhere. This franchise store should not be allowed to be in business. Don’t order here, don’t come here.

Went into this combined dunking donuts BR for ice cream. Looked at freezer burnt 8 tubs of ice cream flavors, dirty, and would not even consider purchasing. Walked out of store. Health Dept needs to check this sores ice cream for listeria

The ice cream choices were plenty and delicious. My daughter and I got the hidden treasure (Belgium chocolate)while my niece got the vanilla. The customer service was outstanding, Jeffrey was patient with us and took the time to suggest various flavors. The facility was clean, the space is shared with dunkin donuts, and parking is free. Definitely recommend this location for a nice ice cream afternoon!

I ordered a Reese’s sundae through Door Dash and they literally sent vanilla ice cream with peanut butter and whipped cream. No Reese’s, no chocolate.

Been coming to this baskin Robbins for years now and it never disappoints! They recently renovated this location and it looks incredible. Also, the guy who works the ice cream counter is so friendly and really does his job well! It’s hard now a days to find such good workers and this guy who serves the ice cream is very funny and kind. If I could tip him, I would. Not sure if the franchise owner reads these reviews but you have an awesome employee working the ice cream section!
