I ordered a cake three days in advance for my best friend‘s birthday and then they told me the day I was supposed to pick it up that their edible printer wasn’t working and that the cake wasn’t able to be finished and all they could give me was just the regular cake. I have asked the manager to give me a refund multiple times and she has not answered me. She’s ghosting me completely. This place is repulsive and I will never be coming back!!!!
