Finding authentic, high-quality bread in Miami is no easy task, but I'm so glad I found this hidden gem on Google. I dropped by to buy some bread, and even though a young gentleman explained that they only sell to the public on Saturdays, he wouldn't let me leave empty-handed and offered me a sourdough bread as a treat. It was perfect: beautifully baked, full of flavor, and lightyears ahead of typical supermarket bread. Highly recommended!
The sourdough is huge and delicious. I slice and freeze it, so that I have fresh and high quality bread for weeks.
