I’m not sure what’s going on with this place, but I’ve been here twice already and the experience hasn’t changed. The attitude of some of the guys when attending customers is pretty awful—unnecessarily arrogant and unprofessional. They really need to dial it down a couple of notches and remember that good service actually matters.

It's not just the price, but also the delicious food, the courteous staff, and the comfortable atmosphere…. Simply everything is excellent 👍🏼👍🏼

Baked goods are freshly made every single day. The fruit is also extremely fresh and it taste right and sweet. The last hour that the restaurant is open and they give away their baked goods for 50% off. I highly recommend this place. ❤️☺️❤️☺️❤️

They always have fresh Italian style sandwiches, and you can even order special ones. I had one long one with dried tomatoes, ham and mozzarella cheese. The pastries are delicious, I had the almond cookie and a latte.

I went to Rosetta today and had one of the most baffling and frankly irritating coffee shop experiences I've ever had.
I ordered a standard Americano. When I received it, it was piping hot—borderline scalding—so I simply asked for an empty cup of ice so I could chill it down to a drinkable temperature.
That's when they hit me with the $0.70 charge. Seventy cents for a small cup of ice.
This wasn't an iced latte, an iced coffee, or a special cold brew preparation. This was literally a request for a few cubes of ice to make a too-hot drink safe and enjoyable. Charging nearly a dollar for this basic courtesy is utterly ridiculous and frankly insulting to the customer.
It seems Rosetta has decided that ice is a premium ingredient, more valuable than the hot water they freely poured. It's a blatant cash grab that left me feeling completely ripped off.
I won't be returning. It shows a complete lack of understanding about customer service and an astonishing level of pettiness over a few cents worth of frozen tap water. Skip Rosetta unless you like your coffee boiling hot and your wallet lighter for no good reason.

Rosetta in Brickell is always packed and tries to look like a premium bakery… but the on-site execution is a mess. The tables are disgusting. Seriously: old food crumbs, sticky residue, dirt built up between the woven furniture — it all screams “nobody actually cleans this place.”

When you charge premium prices and operate in the heart of Brickell, hygiene isn’t a nice-to-have; it’s part of the product. And here, it’s completely missing. The dirty table, the debris stuck in the furniture, the overall neglected look — it ruins the experience.

I had a great experience at this Rosetta location, overall I have been a Rosetta fan for a long time, because their food and coffee are always outstanding. However, I wanted to write this review due a nice experience I had today with the workers. I had a minor incident with my coffee and the server (I forgot her name but her hair is dyed blue) assisted me with the best attitude possible since the beginning and with no issues replaced my coffee to ensure I enjoyed my time at the store. 10/10 service, food and coffee.

I love the place and the ambiance and the food also looks great. But I was very disappointed with multiple flies especially as it was very close to the washroom. Guys please fix this and get your stuff to have better attitude when this is pointed out. Also it would be nice if they can speak proper English.
