As an MBA holder and a CEO myself, this is an amazing company that lacks more locations being open. It makes the business almost come to a standstill. Just some advice: thank you for such awesome service. Even franchising would be the number one option in your situation. It just seems a waste of a business that could be making 20 times the amount. Incredible French bakery and cafe with so many options spanning breakfast, lunch, dinner, and of course, dessert. Everything we tried, both hot meals in the restaurant and pastries taken home, was delicious. Loved the strawberry mint lemonade, croque madame, and French onion soup. Of the desserts, the tarts & bonbons were my favorite. There are also some more Miami flavors like mango and passion fruit, which really makes things interesting so that you can have traditional...
It is hard to find a bakery which has consistent quality reasonable prices, and great service. Bon jour has all of them and usually a line which is the only negative.
